Service Description
Our Remote Service is charged in 30-minute increments. Minimum service fee on any device would be $60 giving you up to 30 minutes of dedicated tech support. Booking a Remote Service will give you the opportunity to speak with our technician and explain your issues. Additional time will be charged at $45 for every 30 minutes of dedicated time spent servicing or repairing your device. This service must be paid prior to booking. Please note: Although some issue can be fixed on the spot, most issues take some time to resolve. Our newest customers will be placed in a queue meaning your issue may not be resolved for 1 - 2 Weeks. If your issue is a matter is of urgency and must be seen to on the same day you may request our priority service option which will charge an additional $60 to be place in the priority queue. Although we do our best to resolve any tech issues you may have, we ask that you appreciate our time and effort and pay 60% of the fee normally charged if your issue had been resolved.
Cancellation Policy
Should you cancel a paid booking Less than 12 hours before your appointment you will not be refunded your payment.
