Service Description
Our In-Home Service is charged in 30-minute increments. Minimum service fee on any device would be $100 giving you up to 30 minutes of dedicated tech support. Booking an In-Home Service will give you the opportunity to speak with our technician and explain your issues. Additional time will be charged at $60 for every 30 minutes of dedicated time spent servicing or repairing your device. Please note: Although some issue can be fixed on the spot, most issues take some time to resolve. Our newest customers will be placed in a queue meaning your issue may not be resolved for 1 - 2 Weeks. If your issue is a matter is of urgency and must be seen to on the same day you may request our priority service option which will charge an additional $120 to be place in the priority queue. Although we do our best to resolve any tech issues you may have, we ask that you appreciate our time and effort and pay 60% of the fee normally charged if your issue had been resolved.
Cancellation Policy
Should you cancel a paid booking Less than 12 hours before your appointment you will not be refunded your payment.
